The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations during your designated shift, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining high standards of customer service, and enforcing performance standards and barista techniques during all shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in supervising team members during your assigned shift including coaching, performance management, and training.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and maintaining beverage quality.
  • Enforce store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor and uphold high standards of performance and barista techniques, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to uphold store reputation.
  • Support inventory management, cash handling, and safety protocols within your shift.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
  • Support ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing performance and beverage quality.
