Job description

Labelink is looking for an Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility.

Pay Details:

  • Pay starts at $25.69 an hour; pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Shift Details:

  • 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm.
  • 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday 2:20pm to 12:20am
    • Training takes place on 1st shift
  • Overtime opportunities as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
    • PMs will be the primary responsibility for the individual working 2nd shift.
  • Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
  • Learn and use maintenance software to manage tasks and maintenance records.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components is preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
  • Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.
