What You'll Do

As a Hourly Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations while developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine Southern Hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
  • Lead shifts while maintaining Bojangles' standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
  • Build a positive culture where team members feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Maintain food safety and operational excellence every day.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and energy.

What We're Looking For

  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.
  • Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and restaurant operations.
  • Breakfast and drive-thru leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for serving people.
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
