Job DetailsResponsibilities
  • Independently manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution.
  • Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Maintain strong, compassionate communication with clients throughout their matters.
  • Collaborate with and mentor paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality work product.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, discovery, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare thoroughly for hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Represent clients confidently in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Manage deadlines, case strategy, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Delegate and oversee work completed by support staff and junior legal professionals.
