This role promotes positive youth development by preparing materials, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, modeling BGCTM values, and building supportive relationships with members and staff while adhering to all safety, training, and program requirements.

  • Interact and engage continuously with members in a positive and supportive manner.

In exchange, BGCTM offers extensive benefits:
  • Part-time employees are enrolled in Nivati - a free mental health and wellbeing program.
  • When we say we nurture great connections and build great futures, we don't just mean for the students; as a member of BGCTM, you'll strengthen your future as well through annual tuition reimbursement.
  • Plus, part-time employees are eligible for PTO.
  • Pay starts at $14.50 an hour.

ALL BGCTM employees have the responsibility to help maintain the safety of our members and staff and ensure an optimal Club experience for all. To achieve this, ALL BGCTM employees must demonstrate and uphold BGCTM's core values: generosity, respectfulness, encouragement, accountability, and trustworthiness.
Required Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school.
  • Experience working with youth or teens preferred.

Skills & Abilities that make a successful Youth Development Professional:

  • Able to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
  • MUST be a minimum of 17 years or older.
  • You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional if you have work experience. If you don't have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
  • You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, a background check, and a fingerprint check.
