Job description

Sales Attorney
$150K to $450k Salary
We are a black, female owned Estate Planning law firm in Queens and Nassau County. Over the past 5 years, we have figured out how to streamline the consultation and review process for attorneys; so that you can focus on your client’s needs and serve them well. As a result, your value will be maximized and the number of administrative tasks will be greatly reduced.
Before a potential client meets with you, they will have met with a Certified Estate Planner (non-attorney) that weeds out the no-shows and the tire kickers. Clients are educated and committed before meeting with you.
Since we are a flat-rate based firm, there are no billable hours. Your time and focus are spent on your clients.
About The Role

Training
You will receive training on the plans and packages that McAdoo Estate Planning offers and our methods and scripts for Consistent Closing. Our team fosters a collaborative environment where you can always turn for support and assistance.
We will train you how to explain the complex Estate Planning concepts in plain English.
