• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders with accuracy and compassion.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide ongoing support and facilitate healing.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continually, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialized services when needed.

Your clientele will include individuals, couples, and families seeking therapy for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. • Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools, as remote work will be a significant aspect of this role.
• History of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
