LICENSING DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Job Location:
1700 W. Washington Street, Ste 105, Phoenix, AZ 85007
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00
This position will work in-office during initial training.
As training progresses, remote work may be available starting at 1 day a week and expanding to 3 days per week.
Upon successfully completing all required training, a remote schedule may be available up to 4 days a week based on business needs.

Job Summary:
The Registrar of Contractors (ROC) Licensing Department oversees 62,000 active construction licenses for the State of Arizona. This fast-paced unit processes new license applications and related license maintenance requests. Along with processing licensing documents, the department also provides assistance to licensed contractors and members of the public in person, over the phone, and by email.
The Licensing Department Representative is a critical position within the Licensing Department. Using applicable laws and statutes, the position evaluates and makes determinations on construction license applications that are submitted to the agency. This position is part of a licensing team and reports to a Licensing Department Supervisor.
