We are hiring immediately!
Gellert Hospitality Group is a proud Five Guys franchisee seeking exceptional talent to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity.
Previous food handling experience is not required.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

For new hires, our starting rate includes:
  • Base rate: $12.00 an hour
  • Tips: $1.75an hour average
  • Bonus: $.1.25 an hour average
  • Total: up to $15 an hour

Initially, new hires should expect to receive 30 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • Weekends

We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities:
  • Taking orders,
  • Preparing / cooking food,
  • Cleaning tasks,
  • Following brand standards,
  • And practicing food safety procedures.
