Supported by an experienced and elite clinical team, the practice is dedicated to exceptional patient safety, comfort, and natural-looking results. Team members join a professional environment focused on high-quality care and a respectful, collaborative culture.

Role Description This is a part-time role. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered HydraFacial Certified Esthetician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform HydraFacial treatments following standard protocols, boosters, and LED light therapy.
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations to understand patient goals, evaluate concerns, and design customized treatment plans.
  • Execute professional skin care treatments, chemical peels, and more with a focus on safety and patient comfort.
  • Recommend and educate patients on medical-grade home care products and complementary services in an ethical, needs-based manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in strict adherence to infection control, state board, and clinic protocols.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate treatment documentation and support the clinical team to deliver a seamless, high-touch patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Official HydraFacial Certification (Physical or digital proof of certificate required at hire).
  • Current Esthetician or Cosmetology License in the state of California (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Demonstrated expertise in skin care, including facials, and chemical peels.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a track record of building patient trust and driving retail/service retention.
  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn practice-specific procedures and technology systems.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay.
  • Ongoing professional development and employee product / service discounts.
  • A supportive, high-standards clinical team environment.

To Apply: Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview and requested to present their physical or digital HydraFacial Certification.
