Overview

N2IA is seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong full-stack AI development experience to build and maintain scalable AWS-based web applications. The ideal candidate has expertise in Python, React or Angular, backend development, databases, and cloud technologies. Experience with AI technologies or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect "Brainy" Apps: Build the UI in React and connect to services like Amazon Bedrock and leverage AI-powered coding agents.
  • Teach the AI Context: You will implement things like RAG, Agentic AI.
  • Optimization: Fine-tune model prompts and monitor AI performance/costs.

What We're Looking For:

  • "Full-Stack" Mindset: from debugging a CSS alignment issue to a timeout in a Python based Lambda, to scaling via code, and server-side logic and database.
  • AI Curiosity and Capability: Aware of latest models and able to swap models in and out of an architecture.
  • Security First: You know how to use AWS IAM and Guardrails to stay secure.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed

  • Asynchronous Processing: Handle long-running AI tasks without making the user stare at a loading spinner for 30 seconds.
  • DevSecOps and Cost Management: Deployment and when to use a small, cheaper model versus an expensive one.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
  • Strong experience with Python (required).
  • Experience with React or Angular (at least one is requiredProven experience with at least one production-grade AI project.
  • Experience developing applications using AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of frontend, backend, and database concepts.
  • Experience with AI technologies or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • One of the following AWS certifications:
  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
  • AWS Certified Generative AI Engineer - Professional
  • Security+ certification (required).
  • Active security clearance (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with one or more additional backend languages, such as Node.js, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
