QuadCare Home Health Agency, supported by Centric Staffing Group Inc., connects skilled therapy contractors with patients across Palm Beach County, FL. We are growing our clinical contractor network and seeking Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about improving patient communication, swallowing, and quality of life in the home setting.

Contract Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide skilled speech therapy services to home health patients. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering competitive per-visit rates, flexible scheduling, and a rewarding caseload throughout Palm Beach County. As an independent contractor, you control your own availability and assignments.

Contractor Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations for home health patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, dysphagia, voice, and cognitive-linguistic goals
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the patient's home environment
  • Provide education and training to patients and family members on strategies and home programs
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as clinically indicated
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team including RNs, OTs, PTs, and physicians
  • Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Contractor Requirements

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the State of Florida
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of home health or clinical therapy experience preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Proof of TB test, required immunizations, and health clearance
  • Must maintain professional liability insurance
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
