Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend systems, data engineering, and AI-enabled applications. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of enterprise-scale applications and data platforms, with an emphasis on API-driven architectures, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java and Python and be able to own systems from architecture and implementation through to production support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend and full stack applications using Java and Python.
  • Build, integrate, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to support AI and large language model (LLM) workflows.
  • Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external consumers.
  • Design, build, and operate scalable ETL and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications, including LLM-based features and automation.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using modern DevOps tools.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale systems. The candidate should have a background in high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and Python.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks such as Informatica or PySpark.
