What you will do:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
  • Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
  • Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
  • Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
  • Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
  • Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Who you are:
  • 3+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
  • Plumbing license: Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters
  • Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
