We are seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist to be a part of our wonderful pediatric therapy team!

Some exciting opportunities within our team:

Full-Time Position:

  • Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Location: In Clinic. Aqua/Farm based on availability)
  • Trained Feeding Therapist can integrate feeding sessions into schedule
  • Full-Time Schedule: Four/Five days per week, minimum of 26 hours of available treatment sessions/week and one initial evaluation per month (unfilled cancellations to be used for doc time/evaluation write-ups), progress reports and re-evaluations as required

Part-Time Positions (schedule built around therapist availability):

  • Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Location: In Clinic, Oahu)
  • Pediatric Feeding Occupational Therapist (Location: In Clinic, Oahu)
  • Pediatric Aquatic Occupational Therapist (Location: Hawaii Kai Pool, Oahu)
  • Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Location: Home visits, Oahu)
  • Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Hippotherapy/Nature Based (Location: Wailua, Outdoor Clinic, Oahu)

Remote Position (schedule built around therapist availability):

  • Pediatric Feeding Occupational Therapist (Remote)

  • 3 shared and 5 individual treatment rooms for varied client needs (e.g. glow room, pretend play room, calming cave room)
  • Extensive variety of equipment/supplies with dedicated craft closet, slime cabinet, various swings and gross motor equipment, game closet
  • Extensive variety of assessments

Therapy Team

  • Multidisciplinary team with cotreatments promoting collaboration
  • Weekly whole-team and individual-discipline meetings for case discussions and continuing education
  • Dedicated occupational therapy lead providing one-on-one mentorship/individual training, documentation support, progress/re-evaluation report tracking and scheduling for team
  • In-session one-to-one mentorship through treatment demonstrations with clinic owner as requested
  • Team Approach: the OT team often share clients that come multiple times a week to allow for treatment collaboration and shared responsibility.
