Our client is looking for an Engineer to aid in our migration from to solve problems, pioneer new enhancements, and drive solutions to help attain organizational goals across the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) through our Contact Center Telephony system(s). The role will work on the ECC Agile Team and partner with ECC Operations to identify opportunities & propose new ways of achieving success through technology enhancements. In addition, this role will also work with the following roles: Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Developer, ECC Supervisors, and many others.
