What You'll Do
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental needs
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily-living skills
  • Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team
Who We're Looking For
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Passionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
