Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Machine Operator positions in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Machine Operator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Winds transformer coils by using engineering specifications.

  • Stages completed product to assemble.

  • Utilizes materials in an efficient manner with minimal waste.

  • Reads and interprets work instructions, specification sheets, or prints and applies data to work types.

  • Using company tools with reasonable care.

  • Micrometer in increments of thousandths of an inch.

  • Operates tools and machinery such as winding machine, sizing plates, torch, air tools, band saw, hand tools, belt sander, scale, shear and hoist.

  • Follows all company policies including but not limited to, safety, attendance, breaks, etc.

Requirements

  • High school or GED

  • Four years’ experience working in a similar position with experience in basic electronics.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
