The Shift Assembler loads parts onto a powder coating line and supports production activities in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This role involves frequent lifting, kneeling, bending, and reaching, as well as the use of basic hand and power tools. The position suits individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and can maintain a steady pace throughout the shift. No prior experience is required, and candidates with a background in production or similar work environments tend to succeed in this role.

The role offers the opportunity to build practical skills with tools and equipment while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting. Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a non-climate-controlled production facility with exposure to heat from the powder coating cure oven. The work is physically demanding and involves standing, lifting, kneeling, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. You will work around industrial equipment and use hand tools, power tools such as cordless drills, DA sanders, and tape measures as part of daily tasks. The environment is fast-paced and focused on keeping the production line moving efficiently, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
