- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent educational background for licensing.
- Experience: Minimum of one year as a registered nurse.
- Frequent oral communication and standing/walking.
- Regular lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, reaching, and data entry tasks.
- Regular use of vision for near and far distances, as well as color differentiation.
- Frequent auditory communication and detection of sounds.
- Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25-50 lbs and moving patients.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and repetitive movements.
- Rare crawling and running.
Applicants must hold the following certifications based on their state of work location:
- Illinois: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association and Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Missouri: BLS from the American Heart Association and RN license from the Missouri Division of Professional Registration or a Compact State RN license.
- Oklahoma: BLS from the American Heart Association and RN license from a Compact State or the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Wisconsin: BLS from the American Heart Association and RN license from a Compact State or the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
