The Opportunity
We're looking for a Material Handler and help keep our production operations running safely and efficiently. Your work ensures donations move smoothly to the sales floor-supporting our mission to change lives through the power of work.
What You'll Do
  • Use pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods (forklift certification required)
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Support production by ensuring stations are stocked and running efficiently
  • Greet donors and shoppers and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow all safety and Goodwill operating procedures
  • Safely move trash carts, salvage containers, and merchandise to keep the flow of production
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse, retail backroom, distribution, or production experience a plus
  • Reliable, safety-minded, organized, and team-oriented; able to follow standard operating procedures and meet targets.
  • Work in backroom/dock environment with varying temperatures; use PPE as required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
