Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a motivated recent engineering graduate to join our team as a Quality Technician in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing the technical and professional skills needed to grow into a key contributor within our quality organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position include:

• Learn and apply key quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO9001)
• Review Customer purchase orders and specification to ensure compliance with requirements
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for finished products
• Support and gradually take ownership of the document control system (Processing and tracking document revisions, maintaining version control, coordinating communication and training for updates)
• Participate in internal audits (preparing audit documentation, assisting with audit execution, documenting findings and supporting corrective actions)
• Review and maintain quality records for accuracy, completeness, and traceability
• Assist with the calibration program (tracking inspection and measurement equipment, understanding basic metrology concepts)
• Support or perform First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support process improvements and problem-solving initiatives
