Job description

Company Description: We are looking for an experienced property manager for Avery Brooke Apartments, a 165 unit apartment community in Dublin, Ohio. This is a full- time position with some Saturdays required. Houry rate plus occupancy incentive paid out monthly.
Property Manager: Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, present a consistent professional and courteous attitude, be able to work independently, be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines. Property Management experience a plus.
Job Requirements: The primary role of the full-time Property Manager is to supervise the implementation of the approved management plan for the property to include:
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the property
  • Maintain occupancy standards at the highest level achievable
  • Provide a maximum level of service to residents
  • Promote positive resident relations
  • Abide by all Fair Housing laws
  • Welcome and show community to prospective residents
  • Work with Leasing Consultant to process all applications and qualify new prospects
  • Ensure that lease files are complete and properly executed
  • Responsible for all aspects of rent collection and posting
  • Investigate and resolve all resident complaints in a timely manner
  • Inspect all vacant units to ensure they are in rent-ready condition
  • Physically walk and inspect the community on a regular basis, check vacant units
  • Work closely with Maintenance Technician to monitor and schedule maintenance activity
  • Prepare weekly reports
