WCS Healthcare Partners, a strong physician-owned private practice in Central NJ, is seeking a dedicated physician to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in both primary and urgent care settings, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. • Provide approximately 80% primary care and 20% urgent care services, with the option to focus solely on primary care if preferred.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision and drainage (I&D) at the Hamilton site.
• Work four 10-hour shifts each week, with one day off typically in the middle of the week.
• Manage a patient load of 2.5-3 patients per hour, aiming for 25-30 patients in a 10-hour day.
• Participate in a 1:6 Saturday rotation from 9 am-5 pm once additional staff are hired.
• Handle home telephone calls approximately 1 week every 9 weeks, with an expectation of around 4 calls per week.
• Conduct 20% of patient visits via telehealth, all taken in the office.
• Utilize the Practice Fusion EMR system with virtual scribe support once patient volume averages 2.5 per hour.
• Collaborate with medical assistants for administrative support, including handling work notes, orders, and prior authorizations.

• Residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility Required.
