Service Employee

Transdev in Xenia OH is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee. The Utility Worker/Service Employee is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties and facility Janitorial Duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $15.50 – maximum $19.25

Benefits include:

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

• Sick days: 5 days

• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:

•     Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior

•     Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles

•     Downloading drive cameras

•     Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.

•     Report maintenance issues to supervisor

•     Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

·     High School Diploma or equivalent

·     Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years

·     Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

•     Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

•     The employee is generally subjected to stairs, bending, crouching, and working on knees working with chemical cleaners and solvents.

•     Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

• Potentially operating a snowplow and clearing lot clear during winter
