Suncraft is the studio that funds the lab, the craft for hire behind work you already know. It is the next chapter of Aither, its more elevated form. This is the seat that becomes Studio Head, and the title is earned, not handed over. You are essentially the founder's counterpart in the studio: you come in with the taste, the know-how, and you run the company. You handle the project management and the operations. You do not own the clients, the Suncraft Design Engineer does. You hold the bar, run the room, and keep the whole thing moving. Even if you have run a studio before, you start on the ramp, because you still have to learn how we work.

What you run

• Operations. Pipeline, delivery, resourcing, and the standard, day to day.
• Project management. Keep every client on track, running the work alongside the Suncraft Design Engineer, who owns the client relationships, alongside you.
• The taste bar. Nothing ships that is not up to it. You are the know-how in the room.
• The systems. The templates and automations the studio works inside, so it moves faster than its headcount.

The one thing you do not own

You do not own the client relationships. The Suncraft Design Engineer does. Your job is to run the studio so cleanly that client work never has to climb back up to the founders. Protecting that is the whole point of this seat.

The ramp to Studio Head

You start by managing three clients, and you work up to four, possibly more. You run this alongside the Suncraft Design Engineer we are hiring. As you prove you can hold the load and the bar, and keep the work excellent, the Studio Head title is yours.

• You expect the Studio Head title on day one.
• You only manage, with no taste and no ability to build the systems.
• You want to be the face in front of every client rather than the person running the machine.

Compensation
