This role is pivotal in ensuring that our store remains profitable, operationally sound, and community engaged.
NEW STORE OPENING - HIRING & TRAINING PLAN
We are currently hiring a Store Manager for an upcoming Subway® location at:

- 9313 Columbia Rd, Pataskala, OH (Etna)
- 35 W Broad St, Pataskala, OH
This training period is designed to fully prepare you to lead the new location from day one - including team development, operational systems, inventory management, and KPI execution.
Upon completion of training and once the new restaurant opens, you will transition into the Store Manager role at the Pickerington location, where you will be responsible for building your team and driving store performance from launch onward.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in opening and establishing a new store within our organization.

REQUIREMENTS
