This role is vital to ensuring compliance, protecting the dealership from unnecessary chargebacks, and supporting our service and parts departments with a clear and efficient warranty process.Key Responsibilities
- Process, submit, and track all Stellantis/CDJR warranty claims quickly and accurately
- Review repair orders for proper stories, causal parts, supporting documentation, and OEM compliance
- Verify technician documentation aligns with Stellantis warranty requirements
- Research and resolve unpaid, rejected, or pending claims; resubmit with corrections
- Maintain warranty schedules and organize all required documentation
- Communicate with Stellantis field reps regarding audits, trends, and updates
- Support service and parts teams with ongoing warranty training and process improvement
- Monitor and report monthly warranty performance and risk areas
- Assist with internal and OEM audit readiness
- Minimum 2 years of Stellantis/CDJR warranty administration experience (required)
- Strong understanding of Stellantis policies, labor operations, story structure, and documentation needs
- CDK experience preferred
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Growth mindset with a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing culture
