Associate Project Manager - Service
Your main responsibilities

As an Associate Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to analyze, plan, and execute project activities per customer and Company specifications. This role supports project bidding and ensures detailed follow-through to completion.

Project Support
   Support the Project Manager ensuring adherence to customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety 
   Assist with service & maintenance projects post contract execution acting as main back up for Project Manager
   Monitor job financial performance, track invoices, order parts and process payments
   Facilitate with project scope, prepare fixed price repair paperwork and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentation

Payroll, Inspections & Compliance
   Assist with preparation and submittal of payroll including tracking worker hours
   Schedule inspections with local government authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and avoid potential violations  

Quality, Safety & Manpower   
   Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety
   Coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments
   Flexibility to balance a mix of office and fieldwork

What you will learn  
   Knowledge of Schindler's products, services and fulfillment standards through live classroom trainings, time in the field and self-study learning platforms
   Participate in a three-day in-person onboarding training focused on Existing Installations (EI) tools and processes

 
What you bring

   Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience 
   3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry
   Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
   Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
   Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Base Salary $90,300 - $112,900

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
