    Position Title: Logistics Analyst (Logistician) Senior

    Position Overview:

    S2Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Logistician who will serve as the Site Lead and act as the Logistician for the Office of Space and Counterspace (SCS) within the Science and Technology Directorate, overseeing all logistics and administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support for material management, including implementation and execution of supply programs, property accountability, stock record control, and requisition processing. Conduct research and prepare documentation for micropurchases and assist with cataloging and opensource supply program reviews.
    • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities across multiple offices and support the SCS Property Book Officer with inventory and supply management functions.
    • Recommend actions related to office equipment repair and return, benchstock replenishment, specialized transportation needs, and other logistics support requirements.
    • Support the movement of equipment and materials across multiple locations, including coordinating shipments to worldwide destinations.
    • Assist with all shipping and handling activities for U.S. Government property, including packing, unpacking, coordinating with shipping and courier services, and tracking shipments.
    • Serve as a liaison and contribute to developing partnerships with other offices, agencies, and organizations in support of SCS logistics operations.
    • Work closely with customers and senior leadership to strengthen property accountability processes and improve overall logistics performance.
    • Identify gaps or deficiencies in logistics planning and execution, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate efforts to achieve mission support objectives.
    • Assist in preparing guidance, clarifications, and reports; participate as a team member on SCSwide, multidisciplinary efforts addressing critical logistics issues.
    • Represent the organization in supply working groups to support the planning and development of internal logistics strategies.
    • Provide sound technical guidance to management and staff on resolving logistics-related challenges.
    • Assist with preparing Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (DD Form 200) and associated documentation for lost, damaged, or destroyed items.
    • Support warehouse operations, including organization, requisitioning, receiving, shipping, storage, issuing, accountability, and preservation of supplies and equipment.
    • Receive, inspect, inventory, load, unload, segregate, store, issue, deliver, turn in, and properly dispose of organizational supplies and equipment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in government logistics and supply chain management.
    • Knowledge of government logistics policies and procedures, preferably with a DoD and/or within the IC Community.
    • Able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Familiar with OSHA regulations and experience with government property management and maintenance of warehouse storage space.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community.
    • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in government property management, including maintenance of warehouse space.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly

    Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

    Salary Range: $85,000 - $140,000
