Position Summary
MTI, Inc. is seeking a reliable, honest, and skilled person who likes working with his or her hands to package product and ensure MTI's high-quality medical chairs and cabinetry ship safely to our customers. MTI, Inc. provides a collaborative production work environment, great benefits, and opportunities to grow and develop yourself in the business. Join us with a can-do attitude and a desire to work in an active team environment. You will contribute to making medical chairs that help good doctors and specialists to deliver even better care to their patients.
$18 and up based on experience

Tasks & Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read, listen to, and understand English.
- Cooperation and collaboration with coworkers and manager.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment, delivering the proper paperwork, packaging, and quantity for each order.
- Follow directions, work independently, and be accountable for tasks.
- Perform final quality checks on products to make sure they match packing information, are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
- Use forklift to load boxes up to 6-feet in size onto semitrucks.
- Work with power tools for minor assembly and pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Be detail-oriented in following directions, making improvements to your own work, and learn from errors.
Preferred Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience using computers systems is preferred.
- Related experience preferred.
Work Environment
- Indoors, and a clean environment!
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)-safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Warehouse environment.
