We need a hands-on Construction Superintendent who has successfully delivered commercial projects from groundbreaking to closeout — You'll be the driving force on-site, coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring every phase of construction runs seamlessly.

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations for a commercial construction project in Santa Monica
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Develop and maintain the project schedule; identify and resolve delays before they become problems
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure all work meets plans, specs, and code requirements
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to project leadership
• Manage inspections, permits, and agency coordination with the City of Santa Monica
• Review and interpret construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects
• Proven track record running multimillion-dollar commercial builds to successful, on-time completion
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
• Strong scheduling skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Clear, professional communication with owners, architects, engineers, and field crews
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid California driver's license
