Branz Technologies is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Durham operation.

This isn't a traditional operations role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, developing people, creating customer relationships, and growing a business.

If your first thought is "Who can help us accomplish this?" instead of "How do I do it myself?", you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Grow the branch through customer relationships and business development
• Recruit, hire, and develop great employees
• Coach supervisors and build future leaders
• Support day-to-day operations while improving systems and processes
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
• Drive the branch's long-term growth and profitability

Experience in construction, traffic control, utilities, equipment rental, or industrial services is preferred, but strong leadership and relationship-building skills are just as important.
