WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Finance Manager - Accounting Specialist, you'll lead and own the month-end close, keeping the general ledger sharp and reconciliations airtight while supervising AP/AR clerk(s) with clarity and support. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR FINANCE MANAGER - ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST?

  • 5+ years of accounting experience (public or private)
  • Full month-end close experience
  • General ledger and reconciliation experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Job costing knowledge
  • GAAP familiarity
  • Proficiency with accrual accounting and revenue recognition fundamentals

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry experience in service, construction, or trades
  • Supervisory experience (managing 1–3 people)
  • Experience training junior staff
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) accounting experience
  • Field payroll familiarity
