Commercial Paint Sales Rep (Uncapped Commission) Location:NYC & New Jersey Pay:Uncapped Commission (Endless Earning Potential) About the Role We are a leading commercial paint contractor looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to win new business from developers, general contractors, and property managers across NYC and NJ. If you have a drive to close deals, you can build a massive income with no earnings cap. What You’ll Do * Pitch and secure painting contracts with GCs, developers, and property managers. * Work with our team to prepare bids and close deals. * Build lasting relationships for repeat business. What We’re Looking For * Driven B2B salesperson (commercial construction/trade sales experience preferred). * Existing network of NYC/NJ contractors or property managers is a major plus. * Self-motivated closer with great communication skills.
