Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (20 hours per week).
Scope of Work:
- Provide cleaning and housekeeping services (common spaces) at multi-family apartment complex location and also clean the guest turnover units assigned to you
- Multitask as per business/client needs
- Manage supply inventory
- Empty garbage and recycle as required
- Service garbage room and chutes as required
- Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor
- Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule
- Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower
- Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (eg pool chairs)
- Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
- At least 2 years of residential move-in/move-out cleaning Experience/ housekeeping/ office/ commercial cleaning (eg Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, etc.)
- Available to work according to the schedule mentioned.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Pounds weight.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Mobile phone with internet access.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
