  • Strong experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) , including configuration and an understanding of payroll legislation and compliance .
  • Familiarity with integration points between EC, ECP, and other HR or financial systems .
• Project Management Methodologies:
  • Proficiency in methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall .
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly preferred .
