Job description
As a Controller, you will support financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights, improving reporting processes, and collaborating closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare profitability analyses, business cases, and investment evaluations
- Develop and improve reporting systems and calculation models
- Handle ad-hoc financial analyses and present insights clearly
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
- Support monthly & yearly closing, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data
- Degree in Business Administration or commercial training with finance focus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling/Finance
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluent German (C2 level) – mandatory
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
- High IT affinity and interest in data-driven processes
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in process optimization or reporting tools
- Background in IT services, public sector, or non-profit organizations
