Concentra Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Columbus, Georgia. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide services from a location that suits you. The role is embedded within an outpatient office setting, where teamwork and supportive communications are emphasized. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's unique background and experiences.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions that address the identified needs of patients through evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing, comprehensive documentation, individualized treatment plans, and complete insurance authorization forms within regulatory deadlines.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans when required, relapse prevention strategies, and personalized wellness plans to help patients achieve and maintain stable functioning.
• Create thorough discharge plans that outline the necessary steps for continued care and support post-therapy.
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice.
• Enhance professional competence and skills through continuous training and education opportunities.
• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and strategies for improving patient outcomes.
• Fulfill all licensing and mandatory training requirements to uphold the highest standards in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Concentra, you will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your approach will emphasize cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, ensuring that each patient's unique life experience is acknowledged and respected as part of their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the use of telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions effectively.
• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with licensure and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
