    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's unique background and experiences.
    • Provide individual and family therapy sessions that address the identified needs of patients through evidence-based treatment modalities.
    • Maintain accurate and timely billing, comprehensive documentation, individualized treatment plans, and complete insurance authorization forms within regulatory deadlines.
    • Develop crisis plans, safety plans when required, relapse prevention strategies, and personalized wellness plans to help patients achieve and maintain stable functioning.
    • Create thorough discharge plans that outline the necessary steps for continued care and support post-therapy.
    • Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice.
    • Enhance professional competence and skills through continuous training and education opportunities.
    • Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and strategies for improving patient outcomes.
    • Fulfill all licensing and mandatory training requirements to uphold the highest standards in mental health counseling.
    Patient Population / Client Focus

    As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Concentra, you will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.     Qualifications
    • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
