    Job description

I have been asked by a top rated Regional Medical Center (who happens to have one of my favorite Chief Human Resources Officers) to recruit a Human Resources Director to join the team!

This Regional Colorado hospital is too big to be small, and too small to be big! It is ranked in the โ€œTop 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United Statesโ€ by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. Itโ€™s an exciting time to join the organization with several service line expansions in place.

Their progressive CEO wants leaders with innovative ideas that can help continue the growth of the hospital and maintain excellent standards of care. This leader will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer of the system (who has been here for over 13 years), who is looking for a forward-thinking Human Resources Director with a history of team encouragement and empowerment. Iโ€™ve been working with this leader for several years and can attest to her transparency, efficiency, and kindness. You would be lucky to work with her, as I consider myself lucky to know her!

Salary: The midpoint for this role is $130k with a swing on either side based on years of experience and education.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree Required
    • Five years of Human Resources experience in an acute care hospital required, three of those years being in a leadership capacity required.
    • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Management Practices within Acute Care.
