Job description

Job Summary:
cFocus Software is seeking a Software Engineer to join their program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position involves designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging applications software and systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems.
• Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers.
• Determines computer user needs, analyzes system capabilities, prepares operating instructions, designs and develops compilers and assemblers.
• Experience with cloud platforms, system integration, and database management is important.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-12+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, software design methodologies, and development tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with cloud platforms, system integration, and database management
Preferred:
• Certifications in project management and specific technologies are beneficial.
