We’re currently hiring Sales Associates on behalf of a well-established client in the Columbus, Ohio area.

In this role, you’ll represent the client’s brand inside major retail locations, engage with shoppers, introduce them to available products and services, and generate qualified leads and appointments. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so strong communication and a friendly, professional approach are key.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our client professionally inside assigned retail locations.
• Engage shoppers and create meaningful conversations.
• Identify customer needs and introduce relevant solutions.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Support in-store promotions and events.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
