I’m currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team and work on IT staffing requirements for the US market.

Key Skills Required:

✅ 8 Months – 3 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing

✅ Good understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes

✅ Experience sourcing candidates through job portals and recruitment platforms

✅ Ability to understand client job descriptions and identify suitable candidates

✅ Strong candidate screening and communication skills

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills

✅ Ability to connect with candidates through calls, emails and messages

✅ Understanding of US staffing terminology, contract types and hiring processes

✅ Strong interpersonal, convincing and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

✅ Willingness to work in US / Night Shifts EST time

✅ Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
