Join a trusted, community-focused practice with two experienced dentists Be part of an exciting transition into a brand-new, larger office Supportive, drama-free team that truly enjoys working together Family-oriented practice with loyal patients Stable full-time position with opportunities to grow What You'll Do As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by: Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Collecting and posting payments Helping keep the front office organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, caring, and genuinely enjoys working with people Detail-oriented and highly organized Calm under pressure and able to multitask An excellent communicator Dependable and accountable A positive team player who values integrity and kindness Previous dental experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person with strong customer service and administrative skills. CPR certification is preferred.
