Responsibilities

• Lead local market entry, growth, and operational strategy.
• Build relationships with regulators, partners, agents, and media.
• Recruit and lead a local team where necessary.
• Represent ZendWallet at regional events and stakeholder forums.
• Adapt product offerings to local needs and ensure customer success.

Criteria

• 5+ years in leadership roles within fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Strong understanding of the region’s financial ecosystem.
• Experience with local regulation, licensing, and compliance.
• Proven track record scaling fintech/crypto products in the region.
• Excellent local network and regional insight.
