Zipper’s Performance Products is a manufacturer of high-performance engine components. Our production facility features 12 Specialized CNC Machines, including Machining Centers, Lathes, Honing Equipment, and CNC Grinders used to produce precision engine parts.

We are seeking candidates with experience in:
• Operating a variety of CNC machines
• Setting up, handling, and maintaining tooling and fixtures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and dimensional tolerances
• Using Windows-based manufacturing and production software
• Working in a precision manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Additional Skills are welcome IE: Fixturing design and programming in Mastercam

Primary Responsibilities:
• Program, set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes
• Collaborate with manufacturing team members to complete production and tooling-related tasks
• Monitor tool inventory levels and evaluate tool performance to support operational efficiency
• Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Well suited for Independent Self Starters
• Follows established quality, production and safety procedures
