Yves Rocher is looking for motivated Independent Beauty Advisors (IBAs) to represent our established French beauty brand and build a customer base of their own.

This is a 1099, commission-only independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule. There is no base salary or guaranteed level of earnings.

This is also not a multi-level marketing opportunity. There are no downlines, recruiting requirements, or compensation for recruiting others.

You earn by selling products, developing customers, and building relationships.

What You'll Do

• Represent and sell Yves Rocher skincare, hair care, body care, and fragrance.
• Build and maintain your own book of customers.
• Sell through your personal network, referrals, social media, home parties, and private appointments.
• Make personalized product recommendations.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and replenishment business.
• Process customer orders using your assigned Shopify POS from your phone.
• Send customers secure payment requests/invoices.
• Participate in monthly sales and compensation incentives.
• Identify professional and wholesale opportunities in your market.
• Build relationships with salons, spas, med spas, beauty supply stores, boutiques, and independent beauty retailers.
• Develop repeat business from your personal and professional customers.

Compensation:

Commission Only | Earn Up to 40% of Net Sales + Monthly Performance Incentives

This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Earn up to 40% commission on eligible Net Sales, with your commission rate based on the final selling price of each transaction.

You control your earning potential. Sell closer to MSRP to maximize your commission, or strategically use available customer discounts to reward loyal customers, create special offers, and help close sales.

Build your own book of repeat customers and develop professional accounts to create ongoing commission opportunities, with additional performance incentives offered each month.

For example: $1,000 in eligible sales at full MSRP = $400 in commission.

New compensation incentives will also be introduced each month, creating additional opportunities to earn based on sales performance, customer acquisition, featured products, new launches, professional account development, and other business priorities.

We want our Independent Beauty Advisors to personally experience the products they recommend.

Upon joining, IBAs have a one-time opportunity to choose from curated Yves Rocher product collections at 75% off MSRP, with options at different price levels to accommodate different budgets.

There is no ongoing inventory purchase requirement.
