• Assist the general manager in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose.
• Do you think “on time” is “late?” Great, because we need you to be reliable and punctual.
• Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members.
• Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
• Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Your Pie brand standards.
• Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
• Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and policies.
• Assist general manager with weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
