Build a Career That Makes a Difference

Yeti Restoration is looking for a dependable, hard-working Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you've worked in construction, remodeling, demolition, flooring, painting, roofing, landscaping, maintenance, or another hands-on trade, we'll teach you the restoration industry.

Every day is different. You'll help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage while working alongside an experienced team committed to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to residential and commercial restoration projects.
  • Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, and other affected building materials.
  • Set up and monitor commercial drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.
  • Clean, prepare, and restore job sites before, during, and after mitigation work.
  • Protect customers' property and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Safely operate hand tools and restoration equipment.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response services.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working on construction or similar job sites preferred.
  • Restoration experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.
  • Professional, respectful, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working in changing environments and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
  • Able to work in environments that may be dusty, wet, dirty, or smoky (appropriate PPE provided).
  • Available to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service.
  • Willing to complete classroom and hands-on training.

Pay & Benefits

  • $22/hour+ (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Paid training
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance available for full-time employees
  • Advancement opportunities
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term career growth

We hire for work ethic and reliability, then invest in developing your restoration skills. If you're looking for a company where your work matters, your effort is recognized, and you can build a lasting career, we'd love to meet you.
