Position Summary

The Operations and Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day

operations, maintenance, security, cleanliness, and resident services of a residential

condominium. This role ensures the building is safe, well-maintained, and professionally

managed while supervising concierge operations and coordinating with the Building Manager,

contractors, service providers, and residents. The successful candidate must demonstrate

exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills while maintaining a high

standard of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise the daily operations of the residential condominium, including concierge

services, building security, resident services, contractor access, and staff scheduling to

ensure efficient and professional building management.

2. Coordinate preventative maintenance, perform routine inspections and minor repairs,

oversee seasonal property maintenance, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of

all interior and exterior common areas.

3. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and visitors, managing

package and mail services, responding to inquiries, and supervising concierge staff to

maintain high service standards.

4. Monitor building security systems, control building access, maintain emergency

procedures, coordinate evacuations when required, and respond promptly to security or operational issues
